Shipping and Processing

Fast and easy shipping is a very important aspect of our great customer service. Our orders are processed and generally ship out within 2 business days of the receipt of payment. All orders are shipped via CITY-LINK Express and will have tracking availability. All shipments are signature required. We will provide you the tracking number as soon as we process your order. You are welcome to track your package online at the  CITY-LINK Express homepage.

 

We want to make things as easy as possible for you! All of our shipping options are based on a flat rate regardless of the order size. Our flat shipping and processing rates are as follows:

 

Orders Shipped to Sabah -  RM8.00

Orders Shipped to Sarawak - RM9.00

Orders Shipped to West Malaysia - RM10.00

 

Orders will be shipped from Sabah, Malaysia. Orders usually take 1-2 days to ship to Sabah and Sarawak and 2-3 days to ship to West Malaysia.

 

Prices

Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We will, however, offer specials from time to time. Our sales are based on various factors such as supply and business conditions. Therefore, it is not possible for us to predict if or when a particular item may be discounted. Please check our  Specials page for our discounted products.

 

Payment

We currently only accept bank transfers to Maybank. We will be adding other forms of payment as we expand.

 

Change or Cancel Order

Please contact our Customer Service Department by email immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after payment is received. For that reason, it may not always be possible to cancel an order.

 

Return or Exchange Order

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email immediately if you have received a defective or damaged product. We will try our best to fix the problem.
